Notice the sensations in your body – what do you experience? Warmth, tightness, tingling, ease?
Don’t label or judge them. When you notice your mind creating a story around them, invite yourself back to your breath and body.
Simply sit with what is there.
Do your sensations match a particular movement or colour?
Do you notice a shift?
Breathe deeply, and allow yourself to sit like this for two minutes.
Then slowly come back to the room and notice how you feel.
